History
Founded in 1997 by Dr Monroe Proctor and
Prof Tih Pius.
They observed the need for this program from work in rural communities. Many women in the rural milieu suffer because they cannot support themselves economically and socially and could hardly pay for their health bills.
Missions and Objectives
WINHEEDCAM seeks to assist in improving the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged/marginalized Women and their families through health education and economic development as her contribution in the fight against poverty.
