History
WACameroon was created by a group of women who met privately to discuss their challenges. They discovered that women’s issues are unique, continuous, varied and wide. For these challenges to be heard and address publicly, there was need for this meeting to be regularized and legalized to become a recognised organization addressing women’s issues.
