The platform “healthymboa.org” is a showcase, a framework for exchange of information and training offered to civil society organizations working in the field of health in Cameroon, with the aim of popularizing their activities on health issues (HIV / AIDS, STIs, tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis) and the right to health through specific educational resources.
The official launch of the platform continues in Regions, the first in list is the North West Region. In fact, the All Civil Society Coalition Cameroon for HIV, TB, Malaria and Hepatitis (CCSC -Health) in collaboration with the Regional Technical group for the Fight against HIV / AIDS and the Regional Technical Groups for the fight against Malaria and TB has organized a meeting at Bamenda today, the 6 of August 2020.
The meeting objective was, on the one hand, to restore the CGA of 20th September 2018, the National Dialogue from 08th to 10th May 2019 and ongoing activities ; and on the other hand to set up a Regional Coordination of the CCSC / Health of North West Region.
Specifically, the meeting has :
- Present the achievements and implementation of the task force and of the platform ;
- Proceeds in the restitution workshop on the validation of the national dialogue and the involvement of the civil society in accelerating the HIV response held in Yaounde from 08th to 10th May 2019 and ongoing activities;
- Enrich the mapping of CSOs and
- Establish Regional Coordination Committees of the CCSC-Health.
